Shipping Policy

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we are unable to guarantee delivery time, since shipping companies may face some delays. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Crown Units by AOB offers our customers free shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more! U.S ONLY

Our company offers several shipping options:

  • US Ground takes 4-8 business days
  • US Air shipping takes 4-6 business days
  • US Express takes 2-3 business days
  • Canada Air takes 5-14 business days
  • International shipping takes 8-14 business days

Please keep in mind that these are only estimates, and due to the pandemic there may be delays in some cases. Each shipping option can have variable costs, which is why the shipping costs are shown after you place items in your cart.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

If the returns are made due to delivery refusal or inaccurate address information, you will be charged $20 automatically. If the returns are within the return policy guidelines, then they are free of charge. Please keep in mind that the shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping delays

Sometimes, especially during the pandemic era, delays can be expected. This also includes carrier delays, natural disasters or holidays. If you have any questions regarding the location of your parcel or anything else, just let us know, and we will be more than happy to assist.

Sales tax

Our company is required to collect sales tax in some states, according to the local guidelines and requirements. If your state requires you to pay sales tax, then that's automatically added at checkout.

Exchange policy

Our company accepts returns on all the eligible products for 30 days after the shipping order. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with a product, you can return any of the eligible products within 30 days. We have a 0% restocking fee, but there is an $8.00 prepaid return shipping label deducted from the refund amount. Usually we process a refund within 5 business days, and with the bank delays in mind, you may need to add 3-9 business days.

We have a wig hygiene guard offered with every wig, this helps us maintain the wig in a very good condition in case you have to return it. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

How can you return an item?

Stress free! If you would like to return an item, please repackage it the way you received it and in its original box. Please, be certain that products are boxed properly and securely. Print a return shipping label from our returns page, and the return shipping charge of ($8.00 flat fee) will be deducted from your store credit with the remaining balance refunded to you. Make sure that the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is visible on the box.

What products are eligible for a refund?

We only accept items that are undamaged, unworn and unaltered. We also accept only items that have no signs of wear or odors. Tags should still be attached in its original form and in  the original packaging/ box. All items need to be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Ineligible ( will not be accepted) products that are worn, damaged,  altered, or visible signs of such. Hair care items or charity donations. We recommend calling or sending us an email if you have additional questions regarding ineligible return products.

Please note: Any and all Ineligible return sent to us, will be retuned to you at your expense.
